Tanya Langford (Founder) is a ‘Women’s Empowerment Life Coach’, ‘Psycho-Social Recovery Coach’ , ‘Domestic Violence and Trauma Recovery Therapist’ & ‘Disability Services Support Worker’ with extensive background supporting women & mothers facing challenges, including those who have suffered all forms of abuse and family break-down. Tanya is also experienced in supporting parents of abusive teens. Tanya connects with you & gives you the support, advice, referrals and connections all tailored to your individual needs & all being delivered from a place of empathy, compassion and confidentiality. These sessions can address your struggles, create a clear ‘road-map’ of steps required to navigate challenging situations and overcome any personal roadblocks that may be stopping you from realizing your ‘Self Worth’ and achieving your goals.

*NDIS participants who are Self or Agency managed can link with Tanya direct or through their Support Co-ordinators.

1.) Breaking Free From Domestic Violence and Finding Me : 10 Modules

(Formerly the ‘15 Week Trauma Recovery & Empowerment Program’ Tanya facilitated at Safe Woman Safe Family) 

Learn how to let go of toxic relationships, break negative cycles, manage anger, learn calming strategies, develop boundaries & have healthy relationships with positive communication and create a healthier lifestyle and become empowered as a strong and safe woman.

2.) Self Love & Empowerment: 4 Modules

A Journey of Personal Growth to develop Deep Self Love, Self Worth, the Personal Power that allows you to set healthy boundaries and communicate assertively which changes every aspect of your life.

3.) Empowerment Self Defence- Setting Boundaries & Staying Safe: 4 Modules

Learn unique Assertiveness techniques that are proven effective as Early Intervention to reduce incidences of harm & assaults. Learn how to set effective Boundaries in all situations (including ‘Online’). Learn the difference between “Healthy” & “Unhealthy” behaviours in Relationships.
